Shipping Policy

We make every attempt to ship your order 1-2 days from the time we receive it as long as your coffee is available. Since we roast in small batches your coffee might not be available when you order it. In that case we will roast your order and get it out as soon as possible. We ship everything from Zip code 10573 in Port Chester, NY. We do not ship Saturdays and Sundays. We will use the contact information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost or orders that can not be shipped in a timely manor.

All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS. Any order received after 10am Eastern Time on Friday will be either roasted or shipped on the following Monday if needed. We are also closed during all major holidays (New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received just before or during will be processed and/or shipped after.

Please note that WE CAN NOT ship to a PO Box. We will need an actual address to ship your package to. Currently we only ship inside the continental US, however if you are outside of the continental US and would like to purchase our coffee please contact us and we will do everything we can to facilitate your shipment.

The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser. Empire Coffee is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.

We do ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those particular addresses please contact us.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE THROUGH OUR SITE
Login and go to the Account section of the site. Find the completed order and click the View button. You will then see your tracking number and be able to track your package through the UPS or USPS site. Tracking numbers may be updated prior to a package being picked up.
