Empire Coffee is committed to providing you the best quality product and we appreciate your business. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please get in touch as soon as possible.
PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY ONCE YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES.
If for some reason you received damaged or incorrect product please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. In this case you may request a full refund for the purchase price of the coffee(s) or item(s). Additional charges such as shipping, discounts, or any other charge besides the cost of the coffee(s) or item(s) will not be refunded.
You will receive a refund (minus any additional charges including shipping) to the card on file on unopened bags of coffee. For all opened bags of coffee we will provide half the cost as an online credit (minus any additional charges including shipping) for use on a future purchase on a case by case basis. Empire is not responsible for return shipping costs but will cover the cost to ship replacement items if necessary. All unopened coffees must be returned with their original packaging materials, accompanying literature, instructions and any other materials that were included with the shipment before a credit or refund can be made.

We endeavor to ship your order no later than one week from the time it is received. Everything ships (Monday through Friday) from ZIP code 10573 in Port Chester, New York. We will use the shipping information you provide. Please ensure it is correct when you place an order. Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost or delayed orders that cannot be shipped in a timely manner. Empire Coffee Roasters is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
All shipping is via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Both options offer tracking information which is available in your account. Any order received after 10am Eastern Time on Friday will be either roasted or shipped on the following Monday. We are closed on all major holidays (New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received before or during an observed holiday will be processed and or shipped after.
Please note that WE CANNOT ship to a P.O. Box. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, but if you reside elsewhere and would like to purchase our coffee, please contact us and we will do everything we can to facilitate your shipment.
We ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those particular addresses, please contact us.

Organic coffee producers rely on natural substances and physical, mechanical, or biologically based methods to care for their coffee bushes to the fullest extent possible. This means little or no chemicals were used on the crops or soil. Organic certification has become more and more popular among increasingly health-conscious consumers. Empire Coffee Roasters is certified Organic by GOA (Global Organic Alliance).
Our Single Cup coffees are 2.0 compatible, however that does not mean they are 100% compatible all the time. There is always the possibility they might not work with your Keurig 2.0 machine and will return an error message. Because our cup lids are manufactured by a third party they can not guarantee us that the lids will work 100% of the time. If by any chance you purchase a box of our Single Cup coffees through our site and some or all of the cups return an error message on your machine we will make every effort to work with you.
FLAVORED COFFEE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
All of our flavored coffee contains less than 5 calories per serving. Each bag contains 100% coffee with natural and artificial flavorings. Additionally, there are no allergens such as eggs or egg products, milk or milk products, peanuts or peanut products, fish, shellfish, soybeans or soybean products, wheat or wheat products, tree nuts (i.e. almond, beech, brazil nut, lychee nut, macadamia/bush, pecan, pine/pinon nut, pili nut, pistachio, sea nut, walnut, heart nut.)
There is also no added sugar or sweeteners in the flavorings we use. Our flavorings are also all Non-GMO, and do not contain Diacetyl or Acetylpropionyl additives.
We choose to flavor ground coffee over whole bean coffee because of the consistency we achieve in the flavoring process and the uniform taste you’ll get when brewing. Flavoring whole bean coffee can be done, however it can cause what we call “hot” and “cold” spots causing an inconsistent flavor.
