Our Waterfront Roasters’ Organic Guatemalan coffee is richly full-bodied, featuring a deep, smooth taste. This coffee’s nutty cocoa flavors and balanced acidity come from a bean grown and harvested organically, which means you can enjoy it all the more by knowing it’s eco-friendly.
Organic coffee is roasted in small batches on our Diedrich Roaster. To roast organically, first we need to purge the roaster with a batch of organic coffee that is then discarded. From there, we slow-roast it in 60-pound batches to ensure optimal flavor
