Since we roast to order, every attempt is made to ship your order one week from the time it is received. Everything ships (Monday through Friday) from ZIP code 10573 in Port Chester, New York. We will use the contact information you provide. Please ensure it is correct when you place an order: Any incorrect shipping information might result in lost or orders that cannot be shipped in a timely manor.
All shipping is via UPS or USPS. Any order received after 10am Eastern Time on Friday will be either roasted or shipped on the following Monday. We are closed on all major holidays (New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any order received before or during an observed holiday will be processed and or shipped after.
Please note that WE CAN NOT ship to a P.O. Box. Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, however if you reside elsewhere and would like to purchase our coffee, please contact us and we will do everything we can to facilitate your shipment.
The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser. Empire Coffee is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and we do not guarantee arrival times.
We do ship to military bases and APO addresses. If you are having trouble with those particular addresses, please contact us.
A $5.95 flat rate shipping applies to UPS or USPS ground only within the continental United States.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE THROUGH OUR SITE
Login and go to the Account section of the site. Find the completed order and click the View button. You will then see your tracking number and be able to track your package through the UPS or USPS site.
